A Safe Return!

On Memorial Day weekend, my "baby" cousin returned safely from his year long tour in Afghanistan with the US Army Infantry.  I say "baby", but I suppose he's really almost 24.  Our whole family spent a long year praying for him, sharing any communication we got from him, and sending him as many care packages as we could.  Amazingly enough, despite being more or less in wilderness, he still had internet access!  So we'd get emails and facebook posts on occasion.  Now he's back at his base in Colorado and coming back to the NW on the 21st!

I made him this card to send to him, once I get his new mailing address that is!  The stars are supposed to be fireworks and the inside says "Thank you for your service".

Supplies:
Stamps: A Muse Hero Mail clear set, Impress large and small stars
Paper: A Muse red gingham and white cardstock, Impress red cardstock, and a blue shimmer cardstock
Other: A Muse black dye ink, Copic Markers, Brilliance Mediterranean Blue, Gamma Green, Sunflower Yellow, and Rocket Red inks
