Well, it's been a busy last few weeks. Between Ginny's illness, a visit from our friend from CA, and a visit from my husband's parents I haven't had too much time for stamping. Thankfully, Ginny seems to be making positive progress. 11 days ago, she had another "spell" of shaking and no eating. We took her back to our vet, though by the time we did, she had decided to eat again. He basically thinks that she is getting a "sour" stomach, the acids were building up and thus making her not interested in food and kinda making a vicious cycle. So, we did Pepcid AC for her twice a day for 10 days and got her to eat wet dog food (which is GROSS). She did perfectly! No "spells" and totally normal behavior. So, now we just have to get her back onto kibbles. I tried mixing them into her wet food this morning, and she very carefully ate around them or spit them out. Lovely.
I did get a chance to make this card last week. It was for a friend's birthday and I tried to make it a one layer card so that I could enter it in the monthly challenge for the A Muse Lounge. The guy a made it for is a civil engineer, so the Mainly Men clear set was perfect! I know that hard hats are definitely an important part of his job. The inside says: "{happy birthday}"
Supplies:
Stamps: A Muse Mainly Men clear set and Oval clear set, and Savvy Stamps {happy birthday}
Paper: A Muse square notecard, Impress yellow, red, and white cardstock
Other: A Muse black dye ink, VersaMagic Aspen Mist, EK Success large corner rounder punch
This is sooo cute!
