Valentine's No. 4

I have to say, this card is pretty much nearly straight copy from one I found on Pinterest and which can be found here.  Hard to know too much more about it since it's not in English.  I didn't actually cut out all those little hearts.  It's one big die!  First, I cut out a large plain heart.  Then, out of another piece of the same color paper I cut out the heart insert pattern and adhered them together.    That entire thing was then popped up with foam mounting tape, as is the little piece of paper the sentiment is on.  The inside says "happy valentine's day"
